I intend to purchase fewer games and focus on my backlog and only pick up a few must-have games before the new generation begins. As most gamers do, I have a ton of half-finished or unplayed games and no real need to add to this mess. One bad aspect of owning a gaming pc, ps4 and Switch is the backlog extends to all systems. But no need to spend money on gaming for a while.
Games I did complete recently :
The Witcher 3- with a combined time for nearly 570 hours I have finished all quests with the exception of the Gwent quests as that was not my bag. The 2 DLC’s for this game is outstanding! Do not miss out on these gems!
Games I am currently cleaning up:
Days Gone which I am really digging despite its lackluster critical reception. I just dig the story and gameplay but I also like zombie games overall. This is basically State of Decay with better visuals and no base building. Speaking of liking this kind of game I also realize I have Dying Light to complete……:(
Star Wars Jedi :Fallen Order is awesome and I have 10 hours in it and have to return to it.
Octopath Traveler I have to complete as I am halfway done with this great game! The Switch has a couple huge RPGs to clean up as well. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Dragon Quest 11.
Control and Gears 5 on pc need completed as these are great examples of top games of 2019.
Gamer for 40 plus years starting with Pong, consoles and pc gaming. It has been a hobby I have enjoyed over the years for my stress relief and continues to be fun even at my older age. This site is for a lite impression of games I enjoy.
