Dune: Awakening

I have about 180 hours in Dune: Awakening, a survival co-op game that is fun, flawed, and addictive. The gameplay is a lot of harvesting to live in a hostile and deadly sand world where water is rare, heat stroke is real, and worms eat you alive.

The game looks great, very few crashes and technical issues, and has a great Dune world feel. You have factions to pick and choose from, bases to build, vehicles to build, weapons to find, armor to build, mining to do, and a story that is pretty solid.

I have played this with my brother and we both are still enjoying it. I would say it is best with a few friends. They are still adding to the game and there is plenty to see and do in this world.

Final Fantasy VI

I have been working my way with the Pixel remastered version of FF6. I am playing this on my Switch at night, and it is my go to relaxing game. It is really a masterpiece and might be my favorite of the older ff games. Not going to go too deep, just if you like older Jrpgs, do not pass on this one. The remastered versions have quality of life upgrades, updated visuals, and improve these old games.

The Outer Worlds 2

I will do a full review once I finish this game, but it is awesome and an improvement over the first game in everyway. Bigger, better looking and better gun play. More of what was fun in the first game, new story, more worlds to explore. A Fallout like game with humor and a more colorful palette. I am about 60 hours in and have yet to finish it.

Fallout New London

I am a huge Fallout fan, so this mod was a must-have until we get another official Fallout game. It is free, you have to use a version of Fallout 4 not totally updated, I went to GoG.com and bought Fallout 4 there and the mod is there as well. It is everything you love about Fallout in a new setting. What more to say…fun shit.
